WHY YOGA?
Find a practice just right for you.
Cora believes that true wellness incorporates a multi-dimensional approach to physiological, psychological, and emotional connections. The benefits of pain relief, stress reduction and biological health and balance is a strong component of yoga as a healing modality. Yoga has been clinically proven as an alternative to drug therapy, rehabilitation and recovery, as well as significant forays into emotional, mental and psychological disorders. Yoga helps us create balance in body, mind and spirit.
Cora is committed to the practice of yoga and believes fitness and healing are byproducts of yoga; the actual purpose is to awaken our highest potential as human beings. Her classes are an environment to expand, explore and challenge your body, mind and spirit.
